Ahh… now there’s something to get your heart all warm and fuzzy, and your spirits all psyched up in juvenile enthusiasm! I’m not sure I ever told you, but I’m a huge fan of funny cartoons, particularly the hit show “Family Guy”. Well, if you’ve been watching this show lately, you might have noticed how the kind-of-protagonist has been wrapping around with a kind-of-giant-chicken on a regular basis, lately. Now, that’s on of the highlights on a series that’s a highlight in and of itself, so sharing this is only natural:
Oh, the humanity! How we eagerly embrace each new year, with its vast hopes and possibilities… yet, all the while, how we utterly wreck each passing year with so many wars, crisis and widespread disgrace. I suppose that’s just the way of life, and furthermore it should be kept in mind that as long as we mantain perspective, there’s always good and bad things to every year. Well, now that 2009 is just around the corner, maybe the time is due for some reflection on what went wrong this year, and what should go right in the next one.
Poor good old Batman, the guy never has it easy, does he? I mean, not only does he have to fight crime on a daily basis and wear a cramped costume – armor, now he has to put up with this! I’m telling you, some people can really be cruel, if they put their hearts to it!
Well, I’m not sure Wonderella is that evil of a character, but she sure can be mean when she feels like doing so. In case you don’t know about her, check out the Non Adventures of Wonderella, a pretty darn cool piece of a webcomic I’ve just discovered. Enjoy!
Ah… the fond memories of early childhood. Who doesn’t remember the amazing TV show “Sesame Street” as a milestone in infantile entertainment? I don’t know about yourself, but I have ocasionally realized that many grown-ups out there – such as you and me – still remember their favorite scenes from the show! And occasionally, as you discuss such memories, you’ll find yourself noticing how many people agree upon which are the best scenes. Check this compilation for some examples:

If you’ve ever played the video game hit Street Fighter, you’re likely to know about the charismatic protagonists Ryu and Ken. Well, if you’ve ever played with Ken, you might have been puzzled about his strange war cry HADOKEN and SHORYUKEN! I mean, it’s not like those words make any sense, right?
Well, fortunately my inside sources have just told me about this cartoon which clearly demonstrates the real meaning behind Ken’s furious hollering. Personally, I’m very impressed with this revelation, although I must admit I had my suspicions it would be something like this:
