In case you’re wondering, there’s more than one valid reason I’m choosing this specific type of bed. First, because they look really neat (I really enjoy the minimalist vibe, when it comes to furniture). Second, because my girlfriend also loves platform beds (and she’s out of town right now, mind you ; once again, there was no foul play whatsoever, leading to last night’s incident). And third, because by getting a platform bed, I will make sure such a thing won’t happen again, in terms of my mattress abruptly sinking down through the bed frame. All in all, you must agree I’m definitely making good sense, here! Now, for breakfast I go. And then…. shopping for a new bed!

If you’re not really into the whole discounts and barganing scene, I think you should give it a go! Even if money is not an issue, you’ll certainly enjoy the idea of finding a better hotel for a lesser price. It certainly is possible, just as long as you put some time and effort into it. With that said, I’ll excuse myself… I’m planning a little holiday escapde in the end of July, so I’ll be following my own advice on this one, and look up some good discounts.
