It’s all in the name of having fun! Do you know what the latest trend is, when it comes to hipster fashionable parties an events? Photo Booths! Indeed, I was also very much surprised when I first learned about this trend, but it actually makes good sense when you think about it. Also, if you think this is some kind of local fad, think again. I’ve already found a website renting out Photo Booths Denver and another Dallas and Fort Worth Photo Booth. Quite likely, these companies are now operating all across the country, and I’ve gotta hand it to them for coming up with such an ingenious business model.

Yes, I know… you’re probably wondering “why would someone rent a photo booth, when they can just hire a proper photographer”? Well, that’s just the thing: you can do both! A photographer will do his role of capturing nice photographs and document the event. But a photo booth will do its job of making people act crazy! You know how it goes… there’s something about the privacy in a photo booth that makes people get funkier than they ever would in front of a real photographer. You know… I was the kind of gullible person who really didn’t think that make-up really changed the way people look. I used to think it just provided cover for some minor superficial imperfections, and that people who are genuinely beautiful always looked beatiful no matter what. Well, after watching this video showcasing several celebrities in their natural look, all I can say is … wow, I really had no idea.

I will let see for yourself and to make your own judgement, but I’m warning this is some impressive footage:

A glimpse of 2008 in under a minute!

Before we get started, a disclaimer of sorts might be due: this might not the kind of video you’re expecting, with a retrospective of the top political and social events in the year 2008. Nope, if you’re into that kind of stuff just turn on the TV set and you’ll get plenty of that. The video I’m about to introduce is arguably more artistic and soothing; as you can see, this is a collage of pictures shot from the very same place during the course of the year. I think it’s quite fascinating how it shows the progression of the seasons, but I’ll let you make your own impressions. Enjoy!
